A La Carte Express started in 1996 following its founder's need: he wanted a greater variety of cuisines and foods available for delivery. After an exploratory visit to the United States , Michel Lépine decided to embark on this adventure. Since then, the company, technology, market and consumer tastes have all evolved. À la Carte Express has become the link to the best restaurants in Montreal and Laval with over a hundred choices. The delivery team (now composed of more than 50 employees) still delivers traditional meals of chicken and pizza but now also carries sushi, thai, tartar, Indian, etc.
