CoachingOurselves

CoachingOurselves is a small company that operates through a network of over 300 business partners around the world.  We were founded by Henry Mintzberg and Phil LeNir in 2007.  CoachingOurselves offers a peer-coaching program for management and leadership development.  The CoachingOurselves program is built on 90-minute peer-coaching sessions, self-run by groups of 4-6 managers and guided by our modules.  The program is now used by almost 20,000 managers in 8 languages around the world.
