Communauto was founded in 1994. We are a Quebec company with a social, urban and environmental vocation. Its main mission is to offer an alternative to the purchase of a car in order to reduce its use. Communauto operates the largest fleet of electric vehicles available for car-sharing in Canada and was the first car-sharing company in America to diversify its offer to include vehicles available with and without reservations.

Our teams, which now number over 180 employees, are present in several cities: Montreal, Quebec City, Paris, Halifax, Ottawa, Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener, Edmonton and Calgary.
