Construction Junic

Founded in 1984 by Charles and Dorothy Tremblay, Construction Junic was created with one clear objective: to build top quality properties of refined design, in exceptional surroundings. Building on this ambition and a desire to meet the needs of each generation, Charles and Dorothy succeeded in making their mark in Outaouais’ residential development sector, growing Junic into a company renowned for excellence and quality construction.

Inspired by the two first names of their two sons (Justin and Nicolas), Junic is now managed by Nicolas Tremblay, who became the company’s General Manager in 2013.

While Junic’s reputation was built primarily on residential construction, the company’s portfolio also includes commercial buildings such as schools and banks.

Positioned as one of the key players in the development of the Le Plateau neighbourhood in Gatineau, Junic counts close to 200 built residential units per year. The company plans to expand its expertise in residential community development to other key areas in Quebec and Ontario.
