Deflex Composite Inc. is a dynamic a little more company with 50 employees founded in 1990 by Serge and Bruno Jacques.
These two founders are the rental of a garage to provide subcontracting service, in the field of fiberglass. Then, they made especially of deflectors (visor) for all-terrain vehicles (ATVS) from which the name Deflex appeared. Deflex derived deflector.
The two brothers take advantage of the popularity of these parts in fiberglass to negotiate their first contract of subcontracting in 1995. In autumn 1995, they do build a 3,600-square-foot plant, orders continue to accumulate, and the company knows a great effervescence. A year later the plant passes to 8,000 square feet. Today the surface reached the 30,000 square feet of floor area.
Their expertise in the fibre glass and the manufacture... combines to offer their customers high quality fiberglass parts offering a quality/price ratio that is greater than the market average. The quality of the work of each of the employees, their polyvalences, their ability to work in a team allows the company to manufacture products of high level to the specifications of each of our clients.
