Galerie C.O.A is a Montreal contemporary art gallery that first opened its doors in May of 2014, offering a creative and playful atmosphere where urban and contemporary art forms converge. Its represented artists hail both from Canada and abroad and, although C.O.A counts a few ubiquitous names on its roster, it mostly focuses on showcasing budding talent. Highly varied in both style and substance, every artist has one point in common: a creative and aesthetic singularity. These artists play around with established norms and challenge the public's understanding of them. In fact, the C.O.A acronym stands for Creators of Atypical Artworks.
