My Private Circle (MPC) is designed to be the ultimate messaging app for secure business and professional communication.MPC incorporates the most rigorous security protocols within a highly intuitive, feature-rich user interface that allows users to communicate securely & productively around the globe.

Far beyond simple chatting, MPC delivers a host of integrated tools with the additional functionality of equally secure cloud backup and synchronization between devices and across all major platforms.

MPC is currently in closed-beta release in both the Google Play and Apple App Stores and is scheduled for open release in October 2018.

As a Startup technology company, MPC is raising capital for development and marketing by selling geographically exclusive franchise territories in Canada, the US and France.  The territories are comprised of equal numbers of smartphone users within varying geographical boundaries.  This franchise-based investment model offers some mitigation of risk for the investor in the form of deductions against taxable income. 

MPC will use adopt the standard “freemium” revenue model - a combination of “free” and “premium” to drive market penetration and scaleup through social media campaigns and partnerships with key professional organizations such as law societies, larger financial planning firms and other groups that handle private client information.  All MPC users will get basic features at no cost and can access richer functionality for a subscription fee.
