Account Manager
Job Description Summary:

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to help grow our market presence in the province of Ontario (GTA, Mississauga, London, Kingston). We are looking for an individual with business understanding, who is energetic, adaptable and has excellent persuasion and negotiating skills. Continuous education is provided and you will always be the first in the industry to know about and offer to your clients the most recent innovations.
Job Duties& Responsibilities:
- Serve, inspire and deliver an extraordinary experience to each client. Offer world-class customer service.
- Speaking with decision makers for each location to establish and maintain strong working relationships
- Research and identify potential new customers, including initiating contact, asking the right questions and recommending the right product.
- Responsible for cold calling to develop the territory.
- Develop a clear understanding of our line of products and their corresponding features and benefits.
- Provide an annual sales and prospecting plan.
- Provide weekly / daily updates.
- Maintain a customer contact database; logging all sales opportunities and quotes in Salesforces, MasterSales lead & weekly report.
- Ensure proper processing of sales orders to ensure superior customer service. Upselling of the orders.
- Responsible to follow-up with students 1 week after their trainings for feedback, to explain certification process, place first order and invite for advanced trainings.
- Responsible for other follow-ups with clients.
- Responsible to document conversations with clients.
- Ensure to fill all the open dates for classes.
- Complete weekly reports.
- Provide customer service to your territory; problems with an order, questions on an order.
- Responsible for all orders in your territory.
- Sale of all types of training within your territory.
- Responsible for contacting new subscriptions and new submissions the same day as reception.
- Knowledge of Xtreme Lashes products
Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous Sales Experience
- Proven successful sales skills, including the ability to close new business and handle objections professionally
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; accomplished at providing high level of customer service to your clients
- Initiative, drive, and independence towards ensuring execution of activities that drive sales and achieve sales targets
- Excellent, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Daily Expectations
- 1 email per new subscription + minimum 1 phone call per new sub. More calls until new sub is reached.
- Follow-ups with students from the previous week. 1 call per student + 1 email per student.
- Responding to incoming emails and incoming calls for your territory.
- Calling all people who placed an order online, from your territory, to up sale.
- Follow-up with clients
