Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Set-up new employees for payroll, and process company benefit applications;
  • Process weekly payroll;
  • Answer employee questions regarding payroll and benefits;
  • Process Cash Receipts and Credit Card Payments;
  • Process bank deposits;
  • Monthly Progress Billing/Invoicing;
  • Clearing credit applications;
  • Prepare Statements in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies and inquiries.

Basic Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position;
  • College degree in accounting or administration;
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, written and spoken;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
  • Good knowledge of Sage ACCPAC an asset;
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work;
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
