We are looking for an Accounting Implementation consultant having experience in accounting softwares implementation. Salesforce and FinancialForce expertise is a strong asset, but we also value team players, who are resourceful and can think outside of the box. At Nubik, we invest in the training and development of our employees. We provide comprehensive training of Force.com Platform throughout the first 3 months to make sure our people have the right capabilities and skills to reach their full potential and get cloud-certified.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze and streamline business processes
  • Recommend the appropriate system architecture in line with the best technical and accounting pratices
  • Participate to the planning of the project schedule
  • Design solutions to customize and enhance our Salesforce solutions for our clients
  • Work closely with developers to clearly communicate specifications and ensure projects are completed on budget and within deadline
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and propose solutions tailored to their business needs, to make their goals a reality

Qualifications 

  • Deep knowledge in accounting (mastering the accounting cylce) and business processes
  • Experience in ERP implementations
  • Good knowledge of Manufacturing environments
  • University degree in Accounting or Business Administration (option finances or accounting) is an asset
  • Salesforce.com Certification is an asset (Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Cloud Consultant)
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspect of the development and management of a software project
  • Responsible, autonomous, organized, meticulous, quick and efficient.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and French written and spoken
