Administrative Director
As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Administrative Director to join our client, a young and dynamic management company.
The candidate selected will have a leading and important role for the organization. This person will:
Operational and administrative responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth opertions by ensuring that all the associates have the tools and information necessary for the performance of their duties
- Monitor tools productivity
- Ensure the execution of administrative tasks
- Ensure continuous improvement of “client experience” for our visitors
- Shop for new suppliers and manage all relationships with all suppliers
- Keep track of transfers
- Ensure compliance of documents submitted to the AMF
- Bank payments and documentation (legal and trading)
- Manage the office (reception, greetings, etc)
Accounting responsabilities :
- Represent our client to the External Auditor and Accountant
- Assist in managing cash
- Process payroll with supplier
- Strategic and Financial Responsibilities
- Actively participate with the Associates in making decisions of a strategic nature
- Participate in the analysis of productivity and make recommendations
Responsibilities in Project Management :
Manage projects of various types and sizes such as: creation and implementation of new tools, strategic information analysis, project management, upgrade and / or makes changes to the website, responsible for the Blog, improve SEO (search engine optimization) of the website of the company, analyzes web solutions relevant for the organization, participates in the sales process etc.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in administration (or related field)
- Provide evidence of academic achievement and a linear path
- Bilingual French - English (excellent spoken and written French)
- Some information technology knowledge (computers, telephone, web etc.)
