Our client is looking for a talented Marketing Artist to join our dynamic and growing team in Montreal. If you are a team player, and are excited about bringing a game to millions of players around the world (and willing to have fun while doing it), we would like to hear from you!

In this role and under the guidance of our Art Director, you will be responsible for creating high quality AAA images for user acquisition marketing campaigns, internal marketing campaigns, in-game marketing assets, as well as app store images.

What you'll be doing:

  • Composing high quality AAA and mobile marketing assets, including app store screen shots, Google feature banners, mobile and web advertising campaign assets, and other marketing assets
  • Transferring key marketing initiatives into high quality consumer facing values
  • Communicating and problem-solving with leads and other members of the art team towards the creation of materials
  • Designing marketing graphics, as well as responsive multi-device online marketing assets for web,social and mobile
  • Working with and suggesting improvements to existing screenshot tools and pipeline

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design
  • 5+ years experience in the game industry and/or marketing/publicity
  • Strong background in fundamental art principles including excellent color theory, layout, typography, visual hierarchy and composition skills
  • Expertise in layout,graphic design, marketing illustration and concept
  • Strong experience using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with video production tools, such as 3dsMax, Flash, FinalCut Pro, Premiere and AfterEffects are all assets
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize yet be very flexible and happily switch focus
  • Familiarity with current trends in the mobile games industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills, autonomous and curious about everything
