Apparel Industry - Administrative Support

Your Main Duties will include:
- Act as support to in house and on the road sales representatives, handle all inquiries from start to finish.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email, resolve complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, maintain files for future reference.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Order Entry
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in customer service either at the retail or wholesale level.
- Strong basic computer knowledge (word, excel), strength in E-Commerce an asset.
- Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
