Bilingual (french & english) - Customer Service Representative - représentant au service à la clientèle

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Supervisor of customer service, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality service to customers experiencing issues with Bélanger UPT-products.

• Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
• Provide information about products and services
• Order entry, communicate pricing and oversee billing
• Review and modify customer accounts
• Enter RGAs
• Record details of communications with customers and actions taken
• Research answers to questions or solutions to problems as needed
• Troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Perfectly bilingual (required)
• 2 years experience in a customer service role
• Bachelor's degree or Technical administration, marketing, logistics, management
• Good computer skills and Office Suite knowledge
• Familiarity with EDI and CRM tools
• Proven orientation towards quality management
• Asset: knowledge of JDE or AS 400
• Important asset: Knowledge of plumbing

• Hours: 40 hours /week
