This is a fantastic opportunity to be the leader in the production, maintenance and quality of the plant.

You will need to use your skills gained from past experience to ensure continuous improvement of operations by optimizing each procedure.

You will have to work side by side with the Quality Manager and the Director of Operations and Logistics to always increase the productivity and performance of the different teams.

Much of your time will be to ensure compliance with standards and corrective actions.

Your expertise in the agri-food sector will be a great asset in the management of the 120 employees of the productions with the 8 executives under your responsibility.

Your skills in personnel management will be useful to you in order to work on the optimization of all the teams in the different departments.

You will also have managed food manufacturing sanitation.
