Bilingual Restaurant / Catering Services Manager
Our client located on the South Shore region of Montreal close to the Jacques Cartier Bridge is currently looking for a Fluently Bilingual Restaurant / Catering Services Manager.
You have 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
The Salary is $45000
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to Restaurant & Catering operations
- Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and client, as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Roll out new culinary programs
- Create strategies
- Motivate the management team for overall customer service satisfaction
- Prepare quarterly reports for client presentation
- Implement the techniques of food cost calculations.
- Work with marketing and culinary department to increase sales by innovations and food quality
- Communicate with the culinary department to ensure the food programs reflect the vision of the company
- Experience in Restaurant, catering and fine dining
- Must have a passion for client service and support in catering
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Three to five years of restaurant food service operations management
- High volume production experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch food service company
- Procurement, inventory management and contract negotiation with suppliers.
