Our client: a Montreal Cheese & Specialty Co. is looking for a Fluently Bilingual Sales Coordinator for their office in Montreal.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Confirmation & invoicing of all orders
  • Take and process orders from distributors
  • Manage inventories of different warehouses
  • Send samples to potential clients
  • Coordinating Demos and events / exhibitions
  • Issue weekly sales reports
  • Management of Credit Lines
  • Work closely with the Owner
  • Administration
  • Basic accounting
  • Reception

  • Previous experience with Banking
  • Cash management experience
  • Good with Math
  • Good with Computers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 /year

Required experience:

  • Banking / Lines of Credit: 2 years
  • Sales / Marketing Admin: 3 years
