The Business Analyst brings together business expertise and a background working with JD Edwards. 

• Design, configuration, and deployment of business projects.
• Identify and assess business system needs to create logical solutions using JDE applications.
• Perform research to create functional and technical designs that will ensure systems can be effectively developed and implemented to meet the business needs.
• Configuration and testing of the JDE software application to meet business needs. 

Responsibilities

• Key member on multiple projects, collaborating with various departments to effectively deliver successful and well managed projects
• Support the development lifecycle …requirements gathering, documentation, design, development, integration testing and deployment.
• Research capabilities of the current ERP system and recommend system configurations to meet the business requirements.
• Detail system designs for system configuration settings and system modifications.
• Oversee timely implementation assignments & keep management informed of project progress and potential problems, particularly as to needed changes in schedule, resources, and detail designs.
• Participate in user-facing meetings, anticipating user needs before they arise and present solutions.
• Develop and manage excellent internal and external working relationships.

Job Qualifications and Competencies

• Business Analyst with JD Edwards or similar roles with strengths in gathering requirements, configuration and testing.
