Buyer-Planner
We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and ready buyer-planner, to take on new challenges.
The candidate's responsibility is to fulfill and coordinate production planning activities within customer constraints and requirements in order to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of business objectives. In addition, they will carry out the purchasing of components necessary for production, while respecting GMP regulations and purchasing policies.
Main Responsibilities :
- Carry out product orders from suppliers;
- Participate in the research, selection, evaluation and validation of suppliers;
- Schedule orders according to clients' needs and business objectives;
- Research quotes and collect samples for submissions;
- Perform other duties as required by the company.
Requirements :
- BAC in Operations Management (GOP), Business Administration in Logistics or other;
- Between one and three years of experience in a manufacturing company;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Good knowledge of ERP systems.

- Knowledge in the order of production and management of raw materials / components;
- Professionalism, interpersonal skills and strong ability in work organization;
- Resourcefulness and initiative, active listening and understanding customer needs;
- Good analytical skills, concern for improvement, team spirit, good communication skills and leadership;
- Good negotiation skills.
