RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a talented Team Leader to join our team to help service our charity clients and drive the agency's growth. Successful applicants must be able to thrive in a growing agency environment, be able to lead a team and be committed to delivering exceptional results and client servicing of the highest standard. As our Call Centre Team Leader you will be assisting the Call Centre Manager with the set up and delivery of high quality telephone fundraising campaigns and supervising a team of motivated and committed telephone fundraisers. A successful applicant will be an experienced team leader capable of working in a fast moving and creative environment. The applicant must be keen to support and grow our fundraising team through great leadership and a constant drive to improve our call quality and results. They must be committed to providing an outstanding service to both internal and external clients. The Call Centre Team Leader will also be involved in the recruitment of new staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous supervisory experience in a Call Centre;
- Previous experience working in either a charity or agency fundraising environment is desirable;
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills;
- Ability to lead a team;
- Ability to manage quality, results and productivity for Fundraising Campaigns on a day to day basis;
- Motivation of self and others particularly to fundraise;
- Ability to promote and develop the desired Call Centre and fundraising culture;
- Willingness to take ownership/responsibility;
- Positive and energized approach;
- Analytical ability;
- Flexibility;
- Ability to work in an ever changing and challenging environment;
- Applicants must be fully bilingual.
