Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Building & Warehouse Administrator. The responsibilities will be to:

  • Prepare and ship pharmaceutical products and related material
  • Handle unloading and receiving of orders
  • Prepare customers orders and customer service requests
  • Perform regular shipments (Canada Post and couriers services)
  • Write required export documents in conformity with custom regulations
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers
  • Ensure timely task execution according to schedules and deadlines
  • Fill in internal documentation such as logbook and others
  • Enter all receiving and shipping data into the MRP system
  • Verify, code and store the articles appropriately
  • Operate the fork-lift truck
  • Comply with ISO 13485 standard on medical devices and follow duchesnay’s policies and procedures
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, when needed

.Required Qualifications:

  • High-school degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • SIMDUT training and lift truck operation
  • Work experience in a pharmaceutical environment (GMP)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical products importation/exportation
  • Can lift heavy weights (25 kg)
  • Computer skills
  • Bilingual (French and English) oral and written, essential
