Our client is a software company that is pushing forward in the fashion industry on an international scale and is looking for a project manager to help take their company to the next level.

Profile:

They are looking for a talented individual who is tech-savvy and has a passion for fashion. They are looking for someone who will thrive in a team and goal-oriented environment, who is an independent thinker, capable of analyzing situations and proactively proposing solutions.

Our client needs an individual who is an excellent communicator and is fluent in both English and French (spoken and written). Someone who has experience as a production manager in the fashion industry with knowledge of ERP systems. Someone who will deliver extraordinary customer service and has a good understanding of sales and production within the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Promote the sale of software and work proactively to close deals.

Operations:

  • Analyze clients’ business needs, requirements, workflows and processes;
  • Define, scope and document appropriate solutions to expedite process improvements;
  • Test, support, and troubleshoot software;
  • Analyze business data, facilitate report development;
  • Document business requirements and procedures;
  • Process and organize Invoicing for accounts receivable
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with project managers on the status of the work
  • in progress.

Customer Service

  • Ensure extraordinary customer service;
  • Act as the front-line support for existing customers;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide immediate assistance for urgent requests.

Training

  • Develop training plans based on clients’ business needs;
  • Provide training during implementation projects;
  • Make internal presentations about lessons learned in client projects, industry trends and best practices.
