Skills Required

• Bilingual (French, English)
• 1-2 years of experience in collection
• Computer skills (office suite) (SAP - will be considered an asset)

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the credit manager: collecting delinquent accounts, able to apply credit judgment prior to releasing any held customer orders, review and follow COD accounts, accounts reconciliation, reconcile with customers their respective accounts understand and discuss account statements/credit notes/invoices, monitor and discuss aging reports with the sales team, follow-up on delinquent accounts, note taking on collection and credit activities, promptly prepare and send out credit applications and other tasks related to the credit department.
