What will your typical day look like?
As a collection agent , you will handle customer interactions by negotiating the payment arrangements to resolve past due amounts in the sector of telecommunications. In an effort to increase their level of satisfaction and confidence. Specifically, you will:

• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and negotiate the best payment arrangement to help resolve customers’ bills.
• Deal with highly confidential information in a secure environment.
• Responsibility for handling inbound and outbound calls
• Supporting your colleagues with peer learning, and being open to feedback from others
• Positively participating in company events, and in  team meetings

Who we are looking for:

• fluent in  English and French
• Completion of  High school diploma or equivalent
• Available Monday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.
