CONSUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Consumer – (Student Employment)
Description :
- Answer numerous incoming consumer telephone calls;
- Respond to general/technical questions received through e-mail or phone;
- Process Orders for parts and accessories received by fax, e-mail, telephone and mail;
- Verify orders that are transmitted via the website;
- Upon request: mail catalogs, owner’s manuals, technical sheets, and other information about our products;
- Follow-up on various customer service requests;
- Follow-up with the Accounting & Shipping departments regarding orders;
- Communicate with R&D for input and resolution to complaints;
- Support the Customer service dept;
- Backup for Drop Ship – Direct to consumer orders;
- Backup for Product returns;
- All other related Customer Service related tasks.
Qualities needed :
- Fluently Bilingual (Spoken / Written);
- Knowledge of MS office systems;
- Knowledge of an ERP system or of an Order Processing software is an asset;
- Retail business experience is an asset;
- Good technical capabilities;
- Meticulous and precise;
- Good organizational skills;
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment;
- Enjoys being part of a Team.
