CSR / Administrative Assistant
We are a company operating in the logistics and transportation sectors and we are currently looking for a motivated, persistent and patient person for a part time customer service representative/ administrative assistant job.
You will be responsible of an important part of the billing process, the incoming phone calls and other functions that are related to the administrative side.
We need someone that has a minimum education level of CEGEP in order to understand the functions of the company and to be more flexible and comfortable in the tasks we ask to be done. Experience in bureaucratic would be appreciated. The person we are looking for should master both French and English.
We also ask for availability in the beginning of the week, such as Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, for a minimum of 2 days from 9am to 5pm.
