Devise and implement the studio's Retention / Customer Loyalty strategy

Build, develop and execute a cross channel retention plan.

Understanding of consumer based on behavior, spend, geography etc

Increase engagement

Proving customer communications across the board

Experience in managing direct reports.

Accurately report campaign ROI

Develop retention features within products

Passion for problem solving

Genuine interest in social, gaming, analytics, and advertising a must.

Develop retention and winback tools & features to drive retention KPIs higher.

Work closely with Business Intelligence / Marketing / Customer Service/ Technology to ensure retention needs are met and well executed.

Qualifications

  • 5 years in Customer Retention / Customer Loyalty
  • Exceptional analytics skills and experience working in a metrics driven environment(Tableau / R / SQL / Python / VBA)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science / Business / Marketing / Engineering / Economics / Psychology)
  • Masters and/or PHD is a big asset
