KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Processing orders for clients
• Managing customer accounts
• Respond and solve customer's issues
• Answering phones with high call volumes.
• Manage service cases
• Manages all aspects of customer relationships
• Any other related tasks

• Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
