MAIN FUNCTIONS

As our Customer Service Agent – Western Canada, you will:

  • Serve our clients quickly, efficiently and professionally with skilled and flawless manners.
  • Answer our clients’ requests over the telephone and via e-mail.
  • Provide general information about our services.
  • Persuade ours clients to use Flexicom’s services.
  • Follow-up with clients and complete the missing information in order to grant the loans.
  • Solicit new clientele.

REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

In order to occupy the position of Customer Service Agent – Western Canada, the person we are looking for must meet the following conditions:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent with an English speaking clientele.
  • Be friendly, reliable, and credible, and serve clients with honesty and integrity every time.
  • Have exceptional customer and sales skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to answer questions and solve problems.
  • Be able to work well with others and thrive in a team-based workplace.
  • Develop positive, professional and lasting relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • Work quickly and accurately at the same time.
  • English as first official language or perfectly bilingual (spoken and written English and French) in order to serve our customers in Western Canada.
  • Retail banking experience is great but not necessary.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

REMUNERATION AND RELATED BENEFITS

At Flexicom, we offer you:

  • Permanent position from 10 to 15 hours per week that may develop in a full time position between 25 to 40 hours weekly.
  • Work schedule from Monday to Friday.
