Our client is a provider of first class turnkey manufacturing and packaging contractual services for pharmaceutical, consumer health care, food, cosmetic and nutraceutical industries.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who is experienced, motivated and ready to take on new challenges. The incumbent is responsible for various functions and tasks related to customer service and ensures management and customer loyalty.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Director of customer service in the supervision, training and evaluation of the customer service team;
  • Implement communication strategies to increase customer satisfaction;
  • Create weekly activity reports measuring performance indicators, targeting service levels, analyzing gaps and proposing solutions;
  • Ensure that client requests will be handled internally by the concerned departments and plan the commands with the various services involved;
  • Collaborate internally for project implementation with the project manager: new products, clinical studies, etc.;
  • Participate in initiatives and activities targeted at customers, maintain a close relationship with the leaders of other services and coordinate the transfer of information within the team;
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of new processes, projects, activities and tools, procedures and performance indicators and updated.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in this type of role;
  • Oral and written bilingualism essential;
  • Experience in managing a customer service (required);
  • Control of the Windows environment and experience with an ERP system.
