Who we are

We are a young, dynamic and in full expansion company.  Created in 2014, we are now covering most of the province of Quebec and will be expanding in the rest of Canada.  We have served more than 10 000 clients and have a network of more than 2 000 contractors.

Role and responsibilities

We are seeking for a customer service agent for our inbound calls.

You will be responsible to manage the forms that were completed on our website and respond to  calls. You will assist our customers and renovation contractors to register them on our website and receive complaints.

The ideal candidate should

• Master English both orally and in written;
• Intermediate french orally;
• Have minimum of an year of experience in Customer Service
• Be available full time.

Knowledge in the renovation industry is a plus.

Start date

This position begins in  mid-January
