Customer Service Representative
We are seeking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Process orders received by email, fax or over the phone
- Take care of customer requests
- Prepare return slips
- Billing
- Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French - written and spoken)
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Collegiate or higher education diploma
- Experience in the health industry is an asset
- Solid computer skills (email, Microsoft Office suite, ...)
- Professional skills of customer service
- Strong team spirit and ability to work independently
- Very good organizational skills and problem-solving skills
Notes:
- We are located in the industrial area of St-Laurent, Montreal. If you are using public transportation, there are some buses you can use to travel here (100, 196, ...)
- Work hours from 8h00am to 4h30pm, Monday to Friday.
