Position Summary:

  • Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Under minimum supervision, executes assigned tasks
  • Receives requests by telephone for orders, substitutions, and pick-up and return credits
  • Problem resolution for the customer
  • Filing customer invoices
  • Troubleshoot electronic issues on orders and electronic invoicing
  • Investigate allocation discrepancies
  • Input “substitutions” for customers due to limited product or promotions
  • Provides product or service information
  • Responsible for the maintenance of order guides, and monthly information packets to the restaurants
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:

Experience with ERP, JDE and WMS systems an asset
