We have two integrated divisions: Eye-In Media and Eye-In Wireless.  Our digital signage and Wi-Fi services can be found from coast to coast, and are used by diverse companies, organizations and corporations, such as McDonald’s, Ivanhoe Cambridge and major Hospitals.

We are presently looking for enthusiastic candidates with a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a team player who can also work in a fast-paced environment independently, efficiently and multitask.

Upon joining our team, you will be answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service and support to clients calling from both Quebec and the rest of North America. You will be troubleshooting technical issues that are related to Wi-Fi and to Digital Signage.  As such, you will be interfacing directly with our customers and must be able to convert issues into solutions.  You must be able to think out of the box in separating symptoms from actual problems.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluently bilingual (French and English)
• Excellent knowledge of computers, the Internet, as well as wired and wireless networking.
• Be willing to learn new technologies
• Possess excellent problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills
