Overview of activities:

  • Database administration for all Oracle RAC & standalone databases and the related systems on Solaris SPARC, Solaris x64, AIX and Linux.
  • Database administration of primary systems for all Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase databases.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and monitoring of all transactional database systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure management of the physical and virtual databases of the production environment, disaster recovery, development and receipt.
  • Management of allocation, storage and access rights.
  • Assistance to the development teams on the schema.
  • Operational security of databases

Competencies required:

  • Significant experience of 3 years or more in Oracle Database Administration.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of at least a second system with SQL Server 2008/2012/2014 or Sybase ASE 15
  • You are proficient in online order administration.
  • You have experience with VMware and physical servers.
