Director of Sales and Marketing

Responsible for managing the marketing sales strategy of the Company:

• Manages and handles direct communications with major accounts: Food chains, large retailers such as Costco and Winners among others.
• Supervision of the Account Manager for stores health food stores. Must bring support in achieving the given objectives.
• Supervision of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
• Management of external consultants for the website/Facebook, social medias and graphic design.
• Management of internet sales targets.
• Printed material approvals: packaging, advertising, product sheets etc.
• Participates in the development of products by informing the Director of R & D of market trends and new products from the competition.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 year experience as a Sales Manager and/or Key Account Manager with 3 years in the food industry.
• Experience of at least 2 years in staff management.

Skills and training:

• University degree in Business Administration or the equivalent.
• Bilingual French / English written and spoken fluently.
• Ability to work in a multiple tasking environment.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Interest in social media and online sales.
• Ability to integrate into a company that promotes cooperation between employees and management, transparency in communications and corporate ethic.
• Sales segment analysis.
• Sales & marketing department budget analysis.
