JOB DESCRIPTION: Early childhood educator (Infant program)

DIRECTOR: Carmen Perron

START DATE: May 7th, 2018

DURATION: Permanent position   

HOURS OF WORK: 40 Hours/ week (Daycare is open from 7:15 am to 5:30 pm)

LEVEL SALARY: $42 571 Per year/ hourly rate $20.466 -  (Competitive benefits)

SUMMARY :

The successful candidate will be required to put in place various programs. This person will be responsible to prepare children’s observations in both official languages, supervise on an ongoing basis and must ensure the security of children.  He/ she will be responsible to communicate with parents.  He/ she must be capable of working in a team environment.  Experience will be an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• E.C.E diploma from a recognized college
• Member of college of Early childhood
• Is capable of working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Fully bilingual: good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Standard first aid Certificate Level C
• Police records check
• Records of immunizations and medical letter .
