Electrical Assembler (junior)

At Aesus we design, fabricate, assemble, test and install packaging machinery (labelers, fillers, cappers, conveyors, turntables, etc.) for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and nutraceutical industries to name a few.  The company brings together a dynamic team of 100 employees and is located in Pointe-Claire.

We are seeking an Electrical Assembler (junior).

Main objective :

The position consists in assembling and wiring all the electrical components on the machines in production. The candidate will assemble electrical back plates using electrical plans, layouts or photos. He will then have to install these plates in the machines in order to wire the motors, sensors, valves, etc.

Requirements :

• Diploma in electromechanical, electrical engineering or any other similar degree;
• Good understanding of the different components used in an automated system (PLC, HMI, relay, contactor, motor, sensor, fuse, etc.);
• Capacity to work accurately;
• Manual ability;
• Detail oriented;
• Team player;

Work conditions :

• Permanent position;Full time (40h/week);
• Day shift (flexible hours, to be discussed);
