Duties :

  • Plan the work and anticipate needs
  • Read and understand plans
  • Manage a team : organize and plan the schedule and approve employee hours, make sure to have their invoices signed
  • Prepare work schedules
  • Visit work sites
  • Prepare various required permits
  • Coordinate with estimating and project management team
  • Communicate with customers, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure health rules, safety and compliance with standards

Requirements :

  • Bilingual French and English
  • Excavation  experience (3 years minimum)
  • Be independant and reliable
  • Have a valid driver’s license
