Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone and follow up with the designated person of interest
  • Greet visitors ;
  • Contact sales representatives and follow up on objectives ;
  • Customer service ;
  • Compiling purchase orders and generating customer bills in accounting system ;
  • Maintaining contact with customers, following up on orders and assuring their satisfaction ;
  • Maintaining customer files to date, following up on account receivables and statements ;
  • Maintaining sales representatives commissions book ;
  • Keeping account payables up to date ;
  • Maintain and elaborate list of contacts and suppliers ;
  • Creating various documents using excel.

Your profile

  • DEC or BAC in fashion commerce, administration, accounting ;
  • 1 year experience in office environment ;
  • Spoken and written french and english required ;
  • Strong communication ability ;
  • Aptitude for customer service ;
  • Jovial, passionate and devoted personnality ;
  • Strong organisational skills ;
  • Resourceful ;
  • Quick learner ;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite and simple accounting.
