Main Duties:

1. Bank Reporting

  • DLR & BBC
  • Daily Sales
  • Deposits
  • Accounts Receivable ATB
  • Weekly and Monthly Reporting

2. Cash receipts and charge backs from Major US clients

3. Prepare any and all US charge backs deducted from checks for approval

4. Review any items which may be disputed

5. Review customer web sites and print any claim sheets that are available on their sites

6. Monitor all deductions taken by customers

7. Maintain clients files current;

8. All other duties related to the position of AR Technician
 
Criteria:

1. 3 years of accounting experience DEC or DEP in Accounting finance

2. Strong excel skills (intermediate)

3. Fluency in English with conversational French

4. Experience with Momentis is a plus

5. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
