Floor manager
Essential duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Resolve customer issues as required with help of Head Office
- Monitor staff performance with respect to customer service
- Update Director on a regular basis of store operations, issues, projects, etc.
- Lead weekly staff meetings
Sales
- Directly supervise sales staff and cover sales floor when needed
- Ensure that banner pricing is respected
Inventory Management
- Establish and maintain a balanced inventory to ensure efficiency and that customer needs are met
- Authorize returns and ensure that warranty protocol is followed
- Assure that floor is stocked and that products are accessible to customers
- Inform supervisor of any products missing or required
HR
- Supervise all Club Piscine Nepean employees
- Prepare employee schedule
- Ensure staff performs their job descriptions and keep busy at all times
- Ensure that store procedures and policies are respected
Housekeeping
- Ensure store housekeeping, safety and security to promote a safe and attractive work environment.
Administration
- Review of all documents going to Head Office
- Manage petty cash and cash float
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain security of building and stock as well as identify promptly any unusual activity or suspected fraud
- Wear Club Piscine attires at all times
Other
- Undertake other tasks as assigned
- Have to be bilingual
