Our Client, a leader in packaging machines manufacturing, is looking to hire an Internal Spare Parts Sales Representative to join his Team of professionals in his plant located in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

  • The Internal spare parts sales Representative position is a fast paced position where you will have a steep learning curve. Basically will take an order from start to when it ships out the door;
  • Be part of the spare parts sales team;
  • Take orders from our customers and enter them into our ERP system;
  • Pick parts from our inventory and order parts from our suppliers;
  • Follow up and make sure the parts arrive on time for good deliveries for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in a sales or purchasing function;
  • Computer knowledge, (MS Office, Internet) and certain knowledge of an ERP system is a desirable asset;
  • Comfortable to speak and communicate with customers or suppliers over the phone or by email;
  • Being familiar with manufacturing environments and manufactured parts is a desirable asset;
  • Bilingual, able to speak and write in French and English.

Permanent position of 40 hours/week

Working shift: Day shift - 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Working location: Montreal region

Salary: $30K - $35K / year according to experience

Benefits: Collective insurance in 3 months  AND Pension plan in 6 months
