Internal Sales Technician (aqueduct)

Our client is a major company specializing in the sales and distribution of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and aqueduct materials and supplies. They are currently looking for an internal sales technician (aqueduct).

Nature of position

Under the supervision of the branch manager, your job will mainly consist of selling various waterworks materials and supplies.

• Prepare bids based on plans and specifications received;
• Take orders by phone and/or serve customers at the counter;
• Enter orders into the computer system and follow up on them;
• Promote products and provide technical product information to clients based on their needs;
• Build and maintain good client relations;
• Work closely with other members of the branch in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Carry out any other task related to your duties.

Required qualification

• College diploma in civil engineering or other relevant education;
• Knowledge of waterworks products such as pipes, faucets, hydrants, fittings, geosynthetic products,etc.;
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
• Highly skilled in reading plans and specifications;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Able to work alone as well as with a team.
