At Aesus we design, fabricate, assemble, test and install packaging machinery for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and nutraceutical industries to name a few.  We are seeking an IT Specialist who wants to become part of our team.

MAIN OBJECTIVE:

Working will all the users in the company in order to ensure that there is a well maintained network, servers, workstations and peripherals.  This will also include working with marketing in order to maintain the company’s website.  Working with the VP of Operations in order to maintain the internal ERP system.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Being the main point of contact for all IT related issues;
• Maintaining the Windows based servers, and user workstations;
• Maintaining and upgrading the Internal ERP system made with an MS Access DB;
• Upgrading the Company Website;
• Setting up new computers;
• Helping users with any problems with the Network, Printers etc.

These tasks can evolve depending on the person’s ability and the needs of the company. 

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of related experience;
• Must be familiar with HTML, MS Expression Web or similar applications;
• Must be extremely knowledgeable of SQL and MS Access Databases;
• Must be a fast learner;
• Knowledge of photo and video editing is an asset;
• Must speak and write in English fluently.

Permanent position of 40 hours/week.
