Role and responsibilities

The choosen candidate will work under the supervision of the Information Technologies Director. His or her main tasks will include:

  • Provide level 1 technical support to users over the telephone, in person or remotely
  • Receive, filter and document all support requests using the management software
  • Ensure the escalation of incidents and follow up with users
  • Perform installations and repairs on workstations
  • Install and troubleshoot software
  • Manage the fleet of cellular telephones and iPads
  • Manage the fleet of printers, peripheral devices and others
  • Maintain up to date inventories

  • Interest in the latest technologies

Required qualifications

  • Diploma of collegial studies in an area relevant to the position
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical environments would be an asset
  • Mastery of Windows and the Office suite
  • Solid understanding of PC workstations
  • Spoken and written bilingualism is essential
