Requirements :

  • Must be bilingual;
  • Must be available 7 days a week and be on site from 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday;
  • The contract is made on behalf of one person only;
  • The person must rent an apartment in a designated building.

Tasks :

  • Run inside and outside building maintenance;
  • Be the intermediary between the office and tenants (ex. Lease modification notice or other information);
  • Housework and clean vacant apartments;
  • No repairs , paint or carpet cleaning to be done.
