Junior leasing agent

GROUPE PETRA is a private management firm boasting 30 years of active involvement within the real estate sector.

We own office, commercial and industrial buildings within the Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto regions. Our comprehensive management of these buildings includes leasing, space layouts, construction and maintenance services.

Our real estate portfolio features a total of 8.3 million square feet under management.

We are currently looking for a Junior Leasing Agent for our commercial space.

Location: 8000 boulevard Langelier, Saint-Léonard

Responsibilities

• Show available space to potential tenants;
• Provide tenants and/or agents with leasing information;
• Negotiate smaller renewals to existing tenants;
• Review lease reports (Lease expiration report, Stacking plan, Snapshots);
• Work with Property managers to update lease information;
• Prepare lease offer, commercial lease and available space review;           
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and agents.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in an appropriate discipline;
• Active real estate licence ;
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing;
• Expertise in commercial and industrial real estate;
• Expertise in financial and legal aspects of leases;
• Bilingual fluency in both French and English;
• Strong sale and negotiation abilities;
• Interpersonal and team-oriented;
• Proficient in using Word and Excel.
