In order to support our current growth, we are currently seeking a smart, passionate and hard-working Junior Risk Underwriter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have basic compliance and/or underwriting skills as well as being being adaptable and possessing a willingness to learn in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

The Junior Risk Underwriter will take on a hybrid role, rotating across several roles within the risk management team including Compliance and Underwriting.  Within Compliance, this will include working with optical character recognition (OCR) software and performing bank statement analysis. 

As an Underwriter, the Underwriter will analyze potential borrowers’ creditworthiness, make lending decisions, present recommendations to the Senior Underwriters, verify information on borrowers’ applications and evaluate fraud risk.
