Under the supervision of the Director, Legal Affairs and in collaboration with Counsel, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Transcribe, complete, manage and monitor contracts, agreements and other legal documents
  • Opening and managing legal files
  • Administrative support to the legal department
  • Translations, Power Point presentations, preparation of management reports, filing, holding various registers
  • Collecting information for various financial and non-financial disclosure
  • Write and edit correspondence, memorandums, and other legal documents
  • Research the land register, RDPRM and CIDREQ.

Requirements:

  • College degree in legal secretarial or related field
  • Have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Dynamic and autonomy, organization, attention to detail, accuracy and flexibility
  • Confidentiality
  • Ability to conduct several projects simultaneously, set priorities and to takeinitiatives
  • Fully bilingual - spoken and excellent command of French and English writing
  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Workshare Compare software, and goodknowledge of Excel and Power point
  • Knowledge of Outlook and ACT software is an asset.
